It is one of the world’s oldest graduation scholarships. The Rhodes Scholarship is regarded as one of the world’s most distinguished international scholarship programs.

Completing a Masters or PhD degree at the University of Oxford is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The Rhodes Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship that allows students from all around the world to study at Oxford.

Every year, Rhodes gives out 100 scholarships to international students from all across the world.
Rhodes Scholars spend two or more years in the United Kingdom and are eligible to apply to most full time postgraduate courses at Oxford University. In 1902, this scholarship was founded.

The scholarship is extremely difficult to obtain. The Rhodes Trust will choose 100 students from 22 countries to receive fully funded master’s and doctoral scholarships.

  • Living Stipend (£17,310 per year) is a stipend provided by the university (For Living & Accommodation Expenses)
  • Two economy class flights from the student’s home country to Oxford at the commencement of the scholarship and one economy flight from Oxford to the student’s home country at the end of the scholarship.
  • International Health Surcharge for Study Visas (IHS)
  • Scholars are given a Settling in Allowance (£225) when they arrive in Oxford.
  • Study Visa Fee


  1. You Must have Completed your Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. The basic tenure of the scholarship is 2 years. The Rhodes Scholarship is not for less than 2years.
